【嘉宾简介】

王春超，暨南大学半岛·体育bob官方网站院长、教授，教育部“长江学者”特聘教授，国家社科基金重大项目首席专家。首批国家级一流专业建设点（经济学）负责人、首批国家级一流课程（宏观经济学）负责人。任劳动经济学会新经济与新就业专业委员会主任、中国劳动学会劳动科学教育分会副会长、广东经济学会常务副会长、中华全国总工会智库专家。

主要研究劳动经济学、发展经济学、数字经济学等。出版（主编）专著3部，在《经济研究》《管理世界》《社会学研究》《教育研究》和American Economic Journal: Economic Policy, Journal of Human Resources等发表论文100余篇，多篇论文被《新华文摘》等全文转载。在《人民日报》《光明日报》《经济日报》等发表多篇理论文章。主持国家及省部级科研项目18项，获高等学校科学研究优秀成果（人文社科）二等奖等省部级科研奖励8项、省厅级科研奖励9项。

以第一完成人获高等教育国家级教学成果奖二等奖、全国高校青年教师教学竞赛二等奖、广东省五一劳动奖章、广东省南粤优秀教师，在北京大学出版社出版教材《宏观经济学：理论与中国实践》等。

【摘要】This paper investigates the impact of cereal endowment on current female entrepreneurship across regions in China. Empirical results indicate that cereal endowment measured by agro-climatic potential cereal yield inhibits contemporary female entrepreneurship by making female relatively more risk averse. We propose a dynamic general equilibrium model with working pattern choice by different genders to capture the evolution of individual risk preference due to cereal endowment. This study provides an insight into the agricultural origins that inhibit female entrepreneurship.
