the Development of Shanghai and Hong Kong

The Shanghai-Hong Kong Development Institute (http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/shkdi/e_index.html) was established by Fudan University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2001. The 2013 Annual Conference of the Institute will be held on December 13-14 in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Papers in Chinese or English from China or Overseas on the theme of “the Restructuring of Chinese Economy and the Development of Shanghai and Hong Kong” are welcome.
Sessions in English and in Chinese will be scheduled separately. Registration is free. A total of 20 to 30 papers will be selected for presentation.

October 4, 2013 - Submission of abstract (200 words maximum) to the Program Committee

October 31, 2013 - Authors informed of results of submission
November 30, 2013 - Submission of full paper
Lodging will be booked at the Royal Park Hotel in Shatin (http://www.royalpark.com.hk/), which is near the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The Institute may be able to provide partial expenses for travel and lodging for junior scholars whose submissions are successful. Authors should indicate if they wish to apply for these subsidies when they submit their abstracts. For joint papers, only one of the authors will be eligible for subsidy.
